About PestEmergency.ca
We are a Canadian-owned, owner-run pest control business. We treat homes and businesses across Ontario, and we answer to the people we work for, not a national call centre.

Who we are
PestEmergency.ca is a smaller Ontario business, and that shapes how we work. When you ask for a quote, you reach the people who will stand behind the job. We keep quotes clear and upfront so you know what the work involves before it starts.
Homeowners and tenants call us about bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, rats and ants, along with seasonal pests such as wasps and fleas. Restaurants, offices, warehouses and property managers rely on our commercial pest controlfor clear quotes and service they can document. Bed bugs and cockroaches are our main focus, and our bed bug treatmentis built around them.
How we work
Inspect
After your quote, a technician checks where the activity is and how pests are getting in.
Identify
We confirm which pest you have, because the right treatment depends on it.
Treat
We use targeted treatment, explain what we are doing and tell you what to expect.
Follow up
We check the results. If pests return within your guarantee period, we re-treat at no extra cost.
Treatment that fits the pest
We follow an integrated pest management approach: find the cause, identify the pest, treat what needs treating and check that it worked. Read how it works in ourintegrated pest management guide.
We serve Ontario only. See the service areas for the cities with their own pages.
If pests come back, so do we
If pests return within your guarantee period, we re-treat at no extra cost.
Our promise
You will have quote details in under 30 minutes of your request, by email or with a call from our team. That is the time to your quote, not to the treatment visit. We are not a 24/7 service.
